Product Overview
Two component master-batch series. High-tech coating with acrylic polyurethane technology, matching with HDI trimer which is with properties of excellent weather resistance, physical and mechanical properties and chemical properties as hardener constitute a two-component coating. It adopts a single-process painting process, which is suitable for the renovation and repair of  medium and high grade automobile body.

Product Ratio and Technical Requirements
Mixing Ratio (volume ratio)	2K Solid Color Paint: 2 volume		Hardener: 1 volume		Thinner:0.2-0.4 volume
< 15ºC, fast drying type (K) is recommended; 15ºC -25 ºC, standard type (B) is recommended; > 25ºC, slow drying type (M) is recommended.
Pot Life(25ºC)	VAK240K about 3 hours, VAK240B/M about 4 hours
Spraying Tool and Pressure	Gun caliber: 1.2-1.5mm,		Spray pressure: 1.8 ~ 2.5kg/cm²
Spraying Method	2 ~ 3 layers of single wet spraying, with a spray gun distance of about 15cm ~ 20cm and paint film thickness of about 40 ~ 60um. The flash-off time of each layer is 5 ~ 10 minutes (25ºC). If baking is needed, after spraying and let it stand for 15 ~ 20 minutes then bake.

Notes:  When spray on the thermoplastic paint surface, should spray 2 to 3 layers of single wet spray, with interval time of 5 to 10 minutes between each layer. In order to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the color formula, it is necessary to stir well before use. To spray on the plastic work piece (firstly spray plastic primer) , softening agent can be added.  If you need to repair or polish again, wait until the film is completely dried.
