[Product Overview]
One component master-batch series products including solid color paint, aluminum paint, pearl paint. It provides the car painting with metallic flashing effect, so that the car body is more three-dimensional, showing the luxurious nature. Variable color combinations can be tinting to meet the color needs of the refinish.

[Product Ratio and Technical Requirements]
Mixing Ratio(volume ratio):1K Metallic Paint: 100 volume, Thinner: 80~100 volume
Pot Life(25ºC):If not used for more than 1 hour, stir well when used again.
Spraying Tool and pressure:Gun caliber: 1.2-1.5mm, Spray pressure: 1.8 ~ 2.5kg/cm².
Spraying Method:Spray 2-3 layers of single spray at 1.8-2.5kg /cm² pressure, volatilization time of 2-3 minutes (20ºC), gun distance of 15-20cm. Apply final coat at 2 kg/cm² after full cover. After volatilizing for 2-10 minutes, spray varnish within 1 hour.
Drying Time: 15 minutes(25ºC)
Notes:
1. After spraying 1K metallic paint and ensuring that the 1K metallic paint is completely dry, the clear coat should be sprayed within 1 hour as soon as possible.
2.To ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the color formula, it is necessary to stir evenly before use.
