Matching Product
Matching with various ZT 1K/2K color masterbatch, and diluted with ZT thinner (standard, high-performance). If it is used in 2K system,shall be used ZT hardener.
Mixing ratio(volume ratio)	1K metallic paint: 100 volume      Thinner: 80~100 volume
	2K solid color:100 volume  2Kcolor paint hardener: 50volume   thinner: 20~50volume
Using Method	Adjust the required color according to the formula, mix evenly and then dilute with thinner which suitable for the environment status.
Pot Life	1K paint:24hours at 20ºC; 2K paint after used with hardener:4 hours at 25ºC
Spraying Viscosity	15-22 seconds(Tu-4cup,25ºC)
Spraying Tool	Caliber of gravity feed: 1.2~1.5mm
	Caliber of suction feed: 1.2~1.7mm
Spraying Pressure	The pressure of spray gun 3~5 kg/cm^2
Spray-painted method	1K Paint: 2-3 layers sigle spraying with 3.5 kg air pressure, the volatilization time of each layer is 2~3 minutes(25ºC) and spraying distance is 15-20cm. After covered completely, spray the last layer with 2 kg air pressure. After volatilize for 2-10 minutes but not more than 1 hour, spray varnish.
	2K Paint:Two layer single and double spraying or three layer single spraying. The spraying distance is 15-20cm and the volatilization time of each layer is 10~15 minutes(25ºC)
Film Thickness	1K paint:10-25micron;2K paint:40-60micron
Drying Time	1K paint:15 minutes at 25ºC;2K paint: At 25ºC,time of dust-free is 1 hour, hard drying time is 24 hours
Range of Application	The surface of old paint or primer after sanding with the P1000# sandpaper or removing the oil.
Notes	To ensure the accuracy and repeatability of color formula, varnish should be sprayed in 1 hour as much as possible after spraying ZT 1k metallic paint. Stir equably before using.
Storage
At normal temperature,  5 years storage period of unopened tank in a ventilated and dry place.
