Car Care 1K Metallic Balance Binder Coating for Car Repair Paint

Characteristics:
A special poising agent for metallic colors, provides more average array and buoyancy for the metal particles. Excellent compatibility. Fast air drying,  good leveling. Enhance the orientation of the silver powder and pearlescent pigment.

Constrution Parameter
Mixing Ratio	Recommended dosage of 0-20 % in silver and pearl paint, or by formula. (Mix well before application)
Spray Gun Set Up	Gravity feed: 1.2~1.5mm
	Suction feed: 1.2~1.7mm
	The pressure of spray gun is 3~5kg/cm²
Spray-Painted Methord	Use 3.5kg pressure to thin spray 2-3 layers,evaporation time is 2-3 minutes(25ºC), spraying distance is 15-20cm. Then spray the last layer at 2kg pressure after it complete cover, evaporation time is 5-10 minutes but no more than one hour, then spray varnish.
Drying time	At 25 ºC, spray it and then spray varnish after 15 minutes but within one hour.
Annoucements	When the dosage of silver and pearl in the formula is small, it can be free of CPAB160. The 1K metal paint of VSM has good air drying speed and leveling performance.
