Characteristics:
VS190 1K Flip Controller is a kind of additive that add into the silver powder paint and pearl paint of VSM one-component primer, it can slightly gray the silver powder and pearl at the obverse side, make the silver powder and pearl particle to be slightly larger, make the flank will be lighter and clearer.

Operation Parameter
Mixing Ratio	Adding 0 to 10% according to the desired effect, no more than 20%, or deploy according to the formulation. (Mix well before application)
Spray Tool	Gravity feed: 1.2~1.5mm
	Suction feed: 1.2~1.7mm
	The pressure of spray gun is 3~5kg/cm²
Spray-Painted Mothord	Use 3.5kg pressure to thin spray 2-3 layers,volatilization time is 2-3 minutes (25ºC), spraying distance is 15-20cm, then spray the last layer at 2kg pressure after it completely cover, volatilization time is 5-10 minutes but no more than one hour, then spray varnish.
Drying Time	At 25 ºC, spray it and then spray varnish after 15 minutes but within one hour.
Annoucements	The excessive addition will affect the adhesion between the layers, if you add too much, the side will be shallower and the metal particle become larger. So the filling quantity should be controlled.
