ZC777 hypercure fast drying clear coat is an ultra-fast drying varnish developed to solve the increasing demand for faster and faster completion time in the current repair market. Matching with  VH770/772 hypercure fast drying hardener, it can be polished at 30 minutes without heating and baking, at the same time it have mirror effect without loss of luster. Greatly improve repair efficiency.

< 15ºC, fast drying type (K) is recommended; 
15ºC -25 ºC, standard type (B) is recommended; 
> 25ºC, slow drying type (M) is recommended.

[Suitable Substrate]

1. VSM 1K basecoat surface.    
2. Other thoroughly dried and polished paint film.

[Notes]

1. After mixing this varnish with matching hardener, it must be used within 1.5 hours (in summer, it requires to be used within 1 hour).
2. It's most suitable for quick repair of small area of 1 to 3/4 of the surface.
3.  It's not suitable for the whole vehicle or large area spraying (may lead to poor flow and glossness reduction)
4. To use VH770 hardener about 25ºC, natural drying time for 30-40 minutes and then can be polished (when temperature below 20ºC, it is recommended to wait for longer time).
5.  Polishing guidance:
Grinding: Water grinding, use P2000# sandpaper first, then use P3000# sandpaper.
Polishing: Sponge pad polishing, first time coarse wax, second time use fine wax or mirror wax.
6. After mastering the spraying method, a wet spray also has a good appearance of paint film.
7. When the temperature is above 28ºC and for large area repair, it is recommended to use with VH772  hardener (summer version), the appearance is better than use with VH770.
8. When the temperature is lower than 28ºC and for small area repair, it is recommended to use with VH770 hardener(winter version), drying rate is faster than use with VH772.
9. The above is for reference only, it does not mean that VH770 cannot be used when the temperature is higher than 28 ° C, or VH772 cannot be used when the temperature is lower than 28 ° C. The specific use should be depending on the site construction environment, spraying area, required appearance and drying rate, to decide whether to use VH770 or VH772.
