Product Description

  VC567-480 New National Standard Varnish is the top two-component acrylic polyurethane varnish without adding thinner, which has excellent construction performance and physical and chemical properties for the best gloss results. This product is widely used in repair shops and 4S stations, especially suitable for a variety of luxury models. At the same time, VOC emissions meet the new national standards.

Product Parameter

Applying Substrate	1. VSM 1K base coat surface.     2. Other thoroughly dried and polished paint film.
Mixing ratio(volume)	Varnish:2          Hardener:1
< 15ºC,  fast drying type (K) is recommended; 15ºC -25 ºC,  standard type (B) is recommended; > 25ºC,    recommended for slow drying type (M).
Pot Life(25ºC)	VH480K about 3 hours, VH480B/M about 4 hours
Spray Gun Setup and Pressure	Gun caliber:  1.2-1.4mm  Spraying pressure:1.8~2.5kg/ccm^2
Spraying method	2 ~ 3 layers of single wet spraying, spray gun distance of about 15cm ~ 20cm, paint film thickness of about 40 ~ 60um. The drying time of each layer is 5 ~ 10 minutes (25ºC). If baking is needed, let it stand for 15 ~ 20 minutes after spraying.

Notes:  1. When the construction environment temperature is less than 15ºC, it is not recommended to use self-drying method, it is recommended baking method. 2. When the construction environment temperature above 30ºC, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of anti-white agent, the usage please check the anti-white agent instructions. 3. After spraying it is necessary to clean all spraying tools with thinner to avoid difficult cleaning after curing. 4. The varnish mixed with hardener should be sprayed in time and cannot be stored. 5. If there are small dust spots and flow hanging places after spraying, it can be polished with 1200# ~ 2000# sandpaper for water grinding and then deal with polishing wax after paint film completely hardened .
