VC878 Super Fast Drying Clear Coat is an ultra-fast drying two-component acrylic polyurethane varnish without adding thinner, which has excellent construction performance and physical and chemical properties. It ensures excellent gloss effect while fast drying. This product is widely used in repair shops and 4S stations while in need of rapid repair of cars or in cold winter countries and regions of car repair, all kinds of vehicle models are applicable.

[Notes]

1. This varnish does not need to heat and bake. If really need, the time should not exceed 20 minutes, the temperature should not exceed 50ºC.
2. This varnish mixed with hardener, must be used within 2 hours.
3. For large area repair, temperature > 25ºC, it is recommended to use VAK868 hardener, the appearance is better than VAK878.
4. For small area repair, temperature < 25ºC, it is recommended to use VAK878 hardener, its drying speed is faster than VAK868.
5. VAK878 surface drying speed is slightly faster than VAK868. The VAK868 surface effect will be slightly better than VAK878.
6. After spraying, it is necessary to clean all spraying tools with thinner to avoid difficult cleaning after curing.
7. The varnish mixed with hardener should be sprayed in time and cannot be stored.
8. If there are small dust spots and flow hanging places after spraying, it can be polished with 1200# ~ 2000# sandpaper for water grinding and then deal with polishing wax after paint film completely hardened.
