Product Description

 2K Color Mixing System Excellent weather resistance Spray paint Car Refinish Coating

    Two component master-batch series. High-tech coating with acrylic polyurethane technology, matching with HDI trimer which is with properties of excellent weather resistance, physical and mechanical properties and chemical properties as hardener constitute a two-component coating. It adopts a single-process painting process, which is suitable for the renovation and repair of  medium and high grade automobile body.

Product Ratio and Technical Requirements

Products and Additive:  Matching with hardener (ZTH828 series) and thinner (ZK301 series).

Suitable Substrates: Old paint film or primer surface polished with P600#~1000 # sandpaper.

Surface Treatment: Use a dust cloth to clean the surface of the substrate.

Pot Life: At 25ºC,ZTH828K about 3 hours, ZTH828B/M about 4 hours
Spray Gun Setup and Application Pressure:
 Caliber of gravity feed: 1.2- 1.4mm, the pressure of spray gun is1.8-2.5kg/cm².
Spraying Method:  2 to 3 layers of single wet spraying, and spray gun distance is about 15cm ~ 20cm, paint film thickness is about 40 ~ 60um. The flash-off time of each layer is  5 to 10 minutes at 25ºC. After spraying and let it stand15 to 20 minutes, it can be heated and baked.
