Using Method	Adjust the required color according to the formula, mix evenly and then dilute with thinner which suitable for the environment status.
Pot Life	24 hours, 25ºC
Spraying Viscosity	15-20 seconds(Tu-4cup,25ºC)
Spraying Tool	Caliber of gravity feed: 1.2~1.5mm
	Caliber of suction feed: 1.2~1.7mm
Spraying Pressure	The pressure of spray gun 3~5 kg/cm^2
Spray-painted method	2-3 layers sigle spraying with 3.5 kg air pressure, the volatilization time of each layer is 2~3 minutes(25ºC) and spraying distance is 15-20cm. After covered completely, spray the last layer with 2 kg air pressure. After volatilize for 2-10 minutes but no more than 1 hour, spray varnish.
Film Thickness	10-20micron
Drying Time	15 minutes at 25ºC
Range of Application	The surface of old paint or primer after sanding with the P1000# sandpaper or removing the oil.
Notes	To ensure the accuracy and repeatability of color formula, varnish should be sprayed in 1 hour as soon as possible after spraying ZT 1k metallic paint. Stir equably before using.
Storage
At normal temperature,  5 years storage period of unopened tank in a ventilated and dry place.
